Midnite, the principal partner and front-of-shirt sponsor of Middlesbrough FC, has announced a new fan prize initiative called '2UP' for the club's 150th anniversary season.
The scheme will give supporters the chance to win a cash prize at home league matches. If Middlesbrough go two goals up in any home league game, one lucky fan will win the 2UP prize pot. The prize pot starts at £1,000 and increases by £1,000 after every home league match.
Building on Previous Success
'2UP' builds on an earlier summer initiative called 'This Season's On Us', which saw Middlesbrough supporters win season tickets, shirts for the 2026/27 campaign, match tickets, or a £25 club shop voucher.
Andrew Mook, Midnite's Head of Brand Marketing, said: "At Midnite, our focus is giving supporters opportunities to enhance their relationships with the clubs they love. '2UP' and other initiatives allow us to give back to those who are the most important part of football — the fans. Last year we ran '2UP' with other clubs, and we've decided to upgrade the format in order to give fans the chance to win more."
Lee Fryett, Middlesbrough FC Chief Commercial Officer, added: "We're excited to extend our fan-based offering as part of our partnership with Midnite. The brand's initiatives are always well-received by supporters and we saw this with the 'This Season's On Us' activation, with every fan over the moon with their prizes. The latest initiative is a great way to merge our hopeful success on the pitch with fan-focused rewards."
How to Take Part
The scheme is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Details on how to sign up to '2UP' will be released in due course.
