Middlesbrough FC have completed the signing of striker Will Lankshear from Tottenham Hotspur on a five-year contract. The fee has not been disclosed.
Lankshear, 21, is an England Under-20 international who was pursued by multiple clubs before choosing to join Middlesbrough. He described the club as "such a massive club over the years" and said the project at Middlesbrough "really excites me."
Championship Experience
The striker arrives with significant Championship experience after scoring 11 goals in 43 appearances for Oxford United last season. He won Oxford's Young Player of the Year award during his loan spell at the club.
Lankshear has also played for West Brom on loan and made debuts in both the Europa League and Premier League for Tottenham during the 2024/25 season.
Fourth Summer Signing
He becomes Middlesbrough's fourth signing of the summer, following Jeremy Sarmiento, Myles Peart-Harris and Kyle Joseph.
